Department store refurbishment

Oxford‘s oldest independent depart-
ment store appointed Adcock Clayton
to carry out a re-design of the entire
store including an area of additional
first floor space.

The brief was to create a less cluttered
retail environment without losing the
store‘s individual character and
appeal.
We opted for a clean, simple design
approach utilising a heritage colour
pallet and semi traditional detailing.
New signage improves customer flow

and the introduction of lifestyle graph-
ics enhances the overall approach.
The new design refreshes the whole
environment and delivers exceptionally
good value for money.
